Credit Card and Pay Pal Payments
If you have received an invoice for any SeaEurope Holidays product, you can use the link at the bottom of this page to process your Credit Card or PayPal payment on-line. Or you can print out a copy of the Credit Card Form and FAX (1.561.491.5156) or mail it with your payment. You can also print out a copy for your files of the Booking Terms.
We accepts payment using MasterCard, Visa, American Express or PayPal. We do not recommend sending credit card information by normal E-mail.
In the event a dispute arises between the parties after a credit card or PayPal deposit or final payment has been made, regardless of whose credit card or PayPal account is used, the client/passenger making the payment, hereby agrees to absolve SeaEurope Holidays of any responsibility in the event the account holder institutes a charge back against any payments rendered to pay for any services or products to be provided by or already provided by Silja Line/SeaEurope Holidays. When you submit the payment transaction form, you have agreed to the terms and conditions in this paragraph.
It is a crime to use someone else's credit card or PayPal account without their permission. If you use a credit card or PayPal account fraudulently to pay for a service, we will forward copies of this document along with all your personal information to the appropriate law enforcement agency. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we verify billing information with your credit card company BEFORE processing yourpayment. Please be aware that our servers record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when requesting a page download which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.
By submitting payment at this time, you warrant that you have read the SeaEurope Holidays Booking Terms and understand that penalties can be assessed when changes and/or cancellations are made to confirmed travel plans.
Please fill in all items on the appropriate booking form, including any special instruction in the comment box. Once processed, we will send you the travel documents in the form of an electronic email ticket (unless you specify otherwise). If you use a "spam filter", please add "travel_documents at seaeurope.com" to your "white" or "friendly" list. (Note: the "@" sign replaces the word "at".) Sometimes these emails may be caught by your "spam filter " tool, or may be automatically sent to your "Junk" folder; please be sure to check those locations otherwise you may not receive your confirmation or travel documents.
Please note that confirmed travel arrangements left unpaid, beyond 72 hours, will automatically be canceled.
