Now You Can Talk With Us!

No download or any plug in is required. A small popup window should be open on the top left corner of your screen. Wait for the connection to show "online" (green light) or "offline" (red light).

Should the popup window not appear, make sure you do not have "popups" blocked on your browser.... a message should appear on your browser window indicating that popups are blocked and allowing you to open them for our website.

When the "online" appears, you can begin tying. While your name is optional, it will make it easier for us if you "edit nickname" with your name.

When the popup windows shows "offline", you can go back to the Contact Us page and leave us an email message. We will reply as soon as possible.
